Business Development Manager (West/5days/Up to $7000)
SGD 3000 - 7000
Central - West

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and sales activities with emphasis placed on business pipeline expansion, revenue generation, profitability and brand positioning
  • Responsible for business development and sales target attainment
  • Further develop and strengthen of market presence working closely with alliances and delivery partners for all relevant services and solutions.
  • Create and manage prospects, alliances, delivery partners through networking, and other prospecting method
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
  • Manage and perform pipeline reviews with team
  • Conduct market-sensing activities, analytics and reporting
  • Monitor and brief the status of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Year-end sales performance
     

Requirements:

  • Must have bachelors degree or higher qualification in Business administration, Engineering, or any other related fields
  • Must have minimum 5 years sales experience in Automatic Fare Collection System (AFC), Intelligent Transportation System (ITS, Rail/Road), and preferably Intelligent Building System (IBS), Automation, and Extra Low Voltage Systems (ELV)
  • Proven strong sales track record and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Preferably have engineering experience in related fields
  • Have experience in securing ICT related projects in any of ASEAN region funded by EDCF, JICA, ADB, or World Bank
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet business objectives
  • Able to digest multiple vertical of solutions and services quickly and comprehensibly to perform field sales independently
  • Self-motivated, sales driven, and result orientated; able to perform with minimum supervision from management and headquarter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
