Responsibilities:

Facilitate membership applications & attend to feedback and queries

Promote membership program to guests in the Resort and at road shows
-
Proactively engage members/guests in the lounge(s)

Perform basic system processing & daily shift end tallying
Requirements:
-
Diploma in tourism or equivalent / GCE 'O' level
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service; for Team Lead position, minimum 2 years supervisory experience in customer service

Proficient in MS office applications
-
Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
