Resort Membership Team Lead / Ambassador

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate membership applications & attend to feedback and queries
  • Promote membership program to guests in the Resort and at road shows
  • Proactively engage members/guests in the lounge(s)
  • Perform basic system processing & daily shift end tallying

Requirements:

  • Diploma in tourism or equivalent / GCE 'O' level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service; for Team Lead position, minimum 2 years supervisory experience in customer service
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
