Order Management Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing which includes receiving purchasing orders from subsidiaries/3rd party customer, verifying order details, updating orders in system and ensuring accuracy and updated information in the system
- Liaise with store personnel on goods picked for shipment and issue invoices to be distributed to affiliates/ Frankfurt FC
- Follow-up on shipment details to keep customer notified of in-transit goods
- Ensure on-time delivery to meet customer’s schedule
- Process returns from customers as per the policies and guidelines
- Maintain good rapport and coordinate with respective personnel to address system problems so as to meet customers’ needs
- Participate in teleconference when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics with 1 – 2 years of experience in order management and fulfillment
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Experience in customer order handling and customer liaison
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations & procedures
- Good planning skills and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
