Assistant Manager - Recruitment (R:AT0703)
SGD 4000 - 4500 Central - Town
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of overall recruitment function across multiple disciplines
Driving recruitment processes through full lifecycle of recruitment from initiation of staff requisition onboarding.
Providing professional advice to hiring managers on their recruitment needs.
Ensuring the recruitment team works collaboratively with HR and hiring managers to effectively manage recruitment and workforce planning issues.
Mentoring and training the recruitment team and line managers in best practice recruitment processes.
Ensuring all resourcing activities comply with relevant compliance requirements.
Gathering, conducting analysis, and preparing detailed reports on data relevant to managing recruitment performance
Maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders and vendors
Performance management of vendors and services.
Ensuring smooth onboarding process and follow-up for new joins
5 day work week in town
Salary up to $4,500 depending on experience
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates should have experience in managing recruitment teams
Applicants must be willing to work in Town.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
