Responsibilities:

• Part of a dynamic team involved in the growth of the Medical Residency Program
• Work closely with a team, including clinicians, to achieve the vision of educating future medical leaders who are patient-centred, in an environment where relevant research and education drives best clinical practice
• Liaise with clinician leaders and faculty to evaluate educational needs
• Formulate education policies with a mind to achieve educational objectives
• Develop and oversee the organization of events to drive education development
• Manage education infrastructure needs
• Liaise with internal and external parties on regulatory approval
• Pursue and achieve formal accreditation of the education programs
• Manage a team of executive staff

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Degree with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience (including management experience) from education industry is mandatory
• Possess Masters in Education or MBA is preferred
• Analytical, excellent EQ and clear in thoughts
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fluid environment, amidst rapid changes and multiple demands
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to Singaporean / Singapore PR only
