Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, guide, control and lead team of Shipping & Logistic teams in the execution of daily activities, maintaining a high standard of service
• Prepare and handle all shipping documents, Certificate Of Origin, letter of credit (LC), etc
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries/shipments and advise customers and vendors on shipment status
• Coordinate with internal departments on all incoming and outgoing shipping arrangement
• Liaise with forwarders / suppliers / carriers for all shipping matters

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’/’A’ level or Diploma related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling shipments in a manufacturing industry
• Well-versed in customs and shipping formalities in APAC region
• Sound knowledge of Certificate of Origins, Form D/E etc for various regions needed for duty exemption
• Mature and able to handle things independently.
• Positive attitude, highly committed, meticulousand ability to work under pressure
