Customer Care Representative
(Front-Desk Support)
Central - Raffles Place, Orchard Road Responsibilities:

Welcoming members/ visitors and attending to telephone calls
-
Handling bookings, cancellations and reconfirmation requests
-
Reconciling of daily sales, generating daily closing reports
-
Data entries and organizing or maintaining filing records
-
Ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager
Full time & Part time Positions available.
Requirements:
-
Prefer candidates with some customer service background, preferably in hospitality industry (an advantage)

Cheerful personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good team player and service oriented
-
6 days’ work week (in nice environment) / 8 hours shift including weekends and Public Holidays
The position is available to only Singaporean & Singapore Permanent Residents
