We are looking for a dynamic, innovative & highly motivated member to join us to build the future with us in the years ahead.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
East - Kaki Bukit Crescent Responsibilities:

Taking off quantities
-
Pre and post contract administration
-
Prepare VO, claims
-
Source for sub-contractors, suppliers, to negotiate and ensure the quotations are compliance to specifications, drawings.

Assist in contract dispute resolution
-
Provide support in any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
-
Possess Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
-
At least 7 years’ working experience is required in pre-tender & post-tender of schools, condominium & other building projects.

Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and good negotiation skill.

Able to multi-task, initiative, committed and driven to learn is a must
-
Must be organized, independent with minimum supervision, good sense of responsibilities and resourceful
-
Knowledge in ISO will be an added advantage
-
Able to start work in short notice
-
Preferably staying in the East area
For the above, only applicable to Singaporean and PR holder
Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experienced.
