Payroll Assistant Central
Responsibilities:

Processing and maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data

Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures
-
Maintains employee confidence and keeping information confidential
-
Updating payroll system for staff confirmation, salary/allowance adjustment
-
Maintain documentation and ensure timely and accurate submissions of payroll.

Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
-
Handle enquiry on payroll matters
-
Knowledge in Times Software is an advantage
-
Any ad-hoc matters as assigned
Requirements:
-
Minimum one year of experience required
-
Meticulous, organized and a team player
-
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-
Minimum "ITE" / “O” level
-
Data Entry Skills
-
Prefer candidates who is able to start work immediately

No experience needed as training will be provided
-
Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs need to apply
Working Hours: 08:30am to 05:30pm
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary Range: $2200 to $2500
