Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will assist in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration, employee relations and other HR initiatives. You will work closely with the Business Managers and ensure service deliverables are met.

Requirements:

You should have a degree and post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 4 years' relevant experience, preferably in hospitality/retail/healthcare industry. You must be self-motivated, meticulous, independent and possess strong sense of urgency. Candidates who are familiar with Paysonnel system have added advantage.
