Healthcare Diploma Executives ( Admin/ Customer Service ) x 15
Central Responsibilities:
-
In charge for the patient registration
-
Keying in of personal particulars of patients into computer system
-
Provide financial counselling in terms of bill payments ( Nets / Cash / Credit card )
-
Assist the patients in booking of appointments with doctor for every review
-
Handle walk-in and call-in patient’s enquiries
-
Prepare the Medical Records for the doctor
-
Chaperon the doctor in the consultation room
-
Assist the doctor in case notes writing
Requirements:
-
GCE "N" / "O" level or Diploma in any discipline
-
Good interpersonal skills
-
Meticulous and orgnaised
-
Customer service oriented
-
Immediate basis
