Project Manager
(Web Application / Sharepoint)
Bedok (East), Pasir Ris (East), Tampines (East)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, co-ordinate, lead and manage project team in the implementation of web application 
  • Work closely with users and team members to gather, analyze and document user requirements and facilitate process harmonization and change management
  • Apply project management principles and techniques to ensure smooth system roll-out on time, within budget and resource to user satisfaction
  • Prepare and administer Request for Proposal (RFP), evaluate vendor proposals and work with, guide and manage selected vendor on project implementation
  • Identify and manage cross project dependencies and resolve conflicting priorities
  • Manage multi projects, deliverables, deadlines and team members
  • Responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into Internet/Web architecture to achieve business objectives
  • Establishes web project scope by validating business and technical requirements, obtaining input from subject-matter experts and implement web solution
  • Responsible for the company's Internet and Intranet websites, supporting its ongoing improvements; and ensuring it continues to meet the needs of business and employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems preferably specialises in Web-based application.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience including 3 years of project managerial cum  hands-on experience in project implementation and vendor management in medium-scale to large-scale Intranet / Internet web-based application and Sharepoint projects.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in leading large scale change of internet or intranet structure, content and/or functionality
  • Sound knowledge and active interest in social media and its business application, familiarity with collaborative technologies
  • Experience in healthcare industry would be advantageous
  •  Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
