Information Systems Manager
(EHA CIO Office)

Bedok (East), Pasir Ris (East), Tampines (East)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in cross-functional system development, implementation and support
  • Conceptualise user requirements and perform needs analysis for technologies solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to assist in the deployment of projects
  • Lead enterprise solutions and application architecture development, which include maintaining and ensuring quality control of existing applications and the review and implementation of new application designs or enhancements.
  • Oversee the management of projects to ensure the timely and on-budget execution of project plans to meet business requirements.
  • Coordination with sponsors, customers, vendors and other stakeholders, documentation of user requirements, preparation of business case, tracking of progress, monitoring of expenditures
  • Work with vendors and identify technology partners to recommend, evaluate, review, and implement vendor solutions
  • Lead and guide teams of technically-motivated staff by tapping their expertise to provide solutions to meet business goals
  • Provide expertise to users; dissemination of information and education of business users where required
  • Plan and track for growth, technology changes, or new releases or new features/functional areas
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in exploring innovative products / solutions within or across healthcare clusters
  • Assist Section Head in technical audit and other IT related activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 12 year(s) of IT industry experience with at least 3 years in Enterprise Application Design, Architecture & Solutioning, System Design and Development and Implementation
  • Prior knowledge in Operating Systems, Databases and Application Development tools essential
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in team management in healthcare industry preferred
  • Good experience in project evaluation, implementation, vendor management, software development methodologies and SDLC cycles
  • A service-oriented person who possess good leadership qualities, sound logical thinking and analytical skills with an eye for details, and effective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
