Crewing Coordinator / Assistant
West Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for the recruitment of offshore crews to meet clients' requirements
-
Propose and present suitable candidates for clients' approval
-
Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents)
-
Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including visa application, Air/Ferry/Land Tickets etc…
-
Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
-
Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
Requirements:
-
Minimum Diploma in Maritime Studies / Marine Engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in recruiting offshore crewing, preferably in Marine industry
-
Ability to converse in regional language would be an advantage
-
Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to lean
-
Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
-
Able to work independently and as a team
-
Working location: Jurong International Business Park (Singapore)
