On behalf of our client, a Japanese company, we are seeking qualified individuals to join the expanded team as a Sales Administration & Retail Support Officer.
Sales Administration & Retail Support Officer
SGD 1800 - 2200 [+Bonus]
Orchard (Central) Responsibilities:
-
Manage and process orders fro sales and purchases, as well as inventory management via POS system
-
Coordinate logistics and good replenishment between suppliers, forwarders, 3rd party warehouse (3PL), internal staff and customers
-
Monitor and manage customers’ payment, as well as follow up and review customers’ Letter of Credit(LC)
-
Ensure book to physical accurancy of consigned inventories in 3rd part warehouse vs POS system
-
Preparation of Sales Orders, Delivery Notes and Packing Lists as well as Bill of Exchange and Bank Draft
-
Support retail operations by preparing, consolidating and analysing sales and business performance reports
-
Assist in monthly outlet stock take and inventory control and planning
-
Analysis sales thru and merchandising mix of each outlet
-
Handling retail VIP database and application record
-
Back up retail operations, planning, analysing and arrange on store merchandising mix & stock/ stock replenishment, and other ah-hoc supports and services as assigned by management

Liaise with Hong Kong office where necessary
Requirements:

N levels / O levels / ITE
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising and buying
-
Dynamic and committed personality with passion for retail and sportswear/lifestyle apparel

Computer literacy
-
Individual with pleasant disposition
-
Strictly for Singaporean/PR only
