Logistics Officer (Customer Management) Tuas *Fresh Welcome!

Responsibilities:

  • To handle and manage Customers' Account
  • Maintain and provide good customer service
  • Analyse and to resolve issues for customers
  • Prepare import/export documents and generate reports 
  • Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment and operation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding industry
  • Fresh Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Admin will be considered
  • Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Willing to work in Tuas (Transport provided at Jurong East)
  • Singaporean or PR only
