One of the global leaders in HR consulting and outsourcing sector, is looking for a Leadership Development Solutions Head to grow revenue, client and market share of the company's Leadership Development Solutions Business.

You will create and execute Leadership Development market Strategy whilst driving revenue growth and market share for the business in South East Asia. You will also develop and implement appropriate client and firm aligned solutions for Leadership Development within the market.

With strong focus on building the Leadership Development revenue and business pipeline across SEA, you will work closely with the local practice leaders respectively. You will be expected to strengthen the brand as trusted adviser and " first point of call" for the company's key clients in Leadership offer areasin order to position the compnay as a thought leader in client forums and conversations.

The successful candidate must have at least 15 years of Leadership Development experience ideally within the Consultancy field. The role calls for an individual with strong business acumen and client focus as well as operational excellence and depth of expertise in Talent and Leadership Develpment areas.
