Building Manager(East & West/ Preferably with FSM/ Safety Cert/$3K-$5K)
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:

Implement and execute the project Attend meetings with clients Understand contractual and technical requirements of the project Monitor project progress Perform cost control and complete the project as per budget Enforce Quality, Safety and Environmental policies on site
Requirements:
-
Diploma/ Degree in Engineering / Building Technology OR Related
-
3-4 years experience in facilities / Building Management systems or M&E projects Service and people-orientated

Able to perform under minimum supervision
-
Preferably with FSM/ Safety Cert

Salary: $3000-$5000 (Base on Experience & Qualification)
