Your Challenges / Responsibilities
HI Order Acquisition Process
-
Engage with Sales in pre-sale activities. Be part of the Bid Management Team. Support answering the tender question in the domain of project management. Organizing the activities around the Statement of Work (SOW) and the completion of SOW for customized, large and mega tenders.

Manage activities needed for demo and proof of concept.
-
Ensure that a proposed system is deliverable and that the SOW is completed, as far as possible, prior to bid. Determine the resources needed for the project.
-
Define the responsibilities in the project for the customer, Philips and third parties.
-
May be required to act as Bid Manager.
HI Project Delivery Process
-
Initiate the creation of a project in Clarity (in teamwork with the project operations office). Adhere to the defined Philips’ processes. Use Global Sales and Services International (GSSI) Software Customer Services (SCS) SUCCESS project management methodology and related tools and processes.
-
Manage the delivery of projects within scope, on time, within budget and to the required standards within the GSSI SCS organization. Drive to fulfil the complete customer order/project from order acceptance by Philips to project acceptance by the customer.

Create the project organization set-up including clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
-
Organize internal and external kick-off meetings to agree on project management structure, project management, meeting/communication structure, issue, scope management, risk procedures.

Ensure all plans are realistic and achievable.
-
Ensure that the Project stays within the defined scope and to manage Change Requests for out of scope requests.
-
Control and management of project financials (to keep projects profitable).
-
Complete the SOW (using the latest templates) and obtain customer sign off where appropriate.

Manage all Philips staff engaged on the Project.
-
Manage third party suppliers on the Project.
-
Prime point of contact between Philips and the Customer.
-
Ensure that order is validated and deliverable.
-
Ensure that supplier orders are issued.
-
Ensure all plans are realistic and achievable.
-
Provide comprehensive project update reports (5MPU) reports to SCS Management according to the guidelines.
-
Provide more comprehensive project update reports for large projects and mega deals as directed by the SCS Cluster Director.
-
Provide regular project update reports to the Customer.
-
Ensure that all specifications developed during the Project are signed off by the Customer.
-
Ensure that rigorous system testing is employed.
-
Manage issues arising through Project.
-
Obtain formal Customer acceptance prior to Go Live, with work off plan if necessary.
-
Ensure the Customer has the Customer survey questionnaires and encourage their return to Philips.
-
Actively contribute and participate in the post project review process.
-
Hold a project review meeting and share lessons learned according the SCS template/process.
-
Lead by example and to encourage the “Team” philosophy within the Project.
-
Act as principle point of communication between customer and vendors in projects (communication and coordination). Acts as a point of escalation and manages conflict.

Organize a proper hand over to customer care according SCS processes.
Quality & Regulatory (Q&R)
-
Ensure that Project documentation is quality controlled and to an expected quality standard.
-
Responsible for reviewing quotation / solution developed for the customer for compliance and feasibility.
-
Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
Community of Practice (CoP)
-
Stay informed about latest content, information, templates, shared documents, processes, best practices of the CoP.
-
Contribute to improve processes, methodologies, tooling, and know-how with regards project mgmt. Share best practices in the SCS PM community.
We are looking for

Degree level education (e.g. bachelor)
-
Recognised Project Management accreditation & experiences
-
Experience of running and managing small-large projects
-
Customer facing experience in project delivery within the Healthcare sector
-
Experience of delivering large integrated ICT solutions into Hospitals.
-
Clinical experience is an advantage.
-
PMP or Prince2 certification desired
-
TIL foundation certification desired
-
Overview know-how about HI product portfolio
-
Overview HI technologies (e.g. DICOM, IHE, HL7, networking)
-
Communication & negotiation & interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
-
In addition to local language be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
