Responsibilities:

This award winning events management company is expanding rapidly and currently have openings for the following:

As a Frontline Customer Service Personnel, you will manage customer arrivals, handle their inquiries, building rapport and make them feel welcomed. Other duties include proactively seeking to identify customer’s needs and effective at cross selling. The incumbent will need to provide backroom service support as well as assisting in the analysis of customer trends.

 

Requirements:
