Technology Manager - CORP/CTO/TM01
(Ang Mo Kio)

Responsibilities:

• Develop business and technical concepts and solutions to meet operational business requirements
• Developing and designing solutions by harnessing and integrating the Group's engineering capabilities
• Source current and emerging technologies with the potential to grow the Group's business and engineering capabilities
• Develop and implement the Group's research and development roadmap and master plan
• Manage the Group's integrated research and development programme
• Facilitate technology and innovation programmes across business units
• Establish and maintain relationships with research institutes, universities and polytechnics on technology and engineering collaboration, partnerships and development
• Organise and manage the Group's engineering and business ideas and innovation competition

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Computer/Communications Engineering
• 2-3 years working experience
• Experience working in a research institute is an advantage
• Candidates with military experience and project management is an advantage.
• Possess good analytical, written and communications skills
• Good understanding of technology management
• Like to work with people
