Responsibilities:
You will provide support to Food Service Operations by assisting the Food & Beverage Executive in the management of the Meal Ordering System. Your role may also include providing support to the Central Dishwashing Service and the procurement and distribution of food supplies.
Requirements:
-
Diploma in Food Science/Nutrition
-
At least 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in supervisory capacity
-
Able to perform 2 rotating shifts (7.00am - 3.00pm, 11.00am - 7.30pm), including weekends and public holidays
