Senior Assistant Executive (6-month contract), LKCSB
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare application files for interviews and ensure files are delivered to interviewers prior to the interview
  • Prepare Admissions package, Info packs and set-up room for Information sessions
  • Ensure brochures/posters are put up at all campus locations
  • Prepare promotional materials for overseas trips
  • Follow-up with standard email to prospects after and track their replies
  • Assist to send out reminder/thank you emails after info sessions
  • Attend to walk-in enquiries
  • Cold calls (about 3-4 evenings per month)

Requirements:
  • Print application forms from lSlS
  • Follow up with applicants with pending score reports and other supporting documents
  • Degree or Diploma with at least 2 years of work experience
  • Good communications (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • Sharp analytical skills with careful attention to details
  • Good computer knowledge and IT Savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Dreamweaver, SAP
