SALES Admin Across Singapore Responsibilities:

To provide comprehensive administrative support to Sales team

Issuance of Proforma invoices and invoices
-
Ageing Report updates
-
Able to adapt changes in a fast-paced environment

Able to work under pressure, work independently and yet a good team player

Any ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
-
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
-
Proficient in MS office
-
Proficient in Accpac Accounting Software will be an added advantage
-
Possess good planning and coordination skill
-
At least 1 year of relevant experience

Bilingual, must be able to converse in English & Chinese (to liaise with both English & Chinese speaking clients)

Working Hours: 9am to 7pm (Mon to Tues); 9am to 6pm (Wed to Fri)
