Seafreight Import Officer
East Responsibilities:
-
Perform the documentation activities related to Sea Import
-
Monitor arrival date
-
Ensure docs received before arrival
-
Monitor date of unstuffing of container (if any)
-
Ensure cargo is cleared before storage
-
inform customers date of delivery or d/o ready date
-
Issue debit notes or invoice once job finish
-
Prepare monthly shipment report.
Requirements:
-
Minimum GCE 'O’ Level
-
At least 1 year experience
-
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, customer service oriented
-
Computer literate (know sysfreight system will be added advantage)
-
Singaporean or PR only (we do not have Spass Quota)
-
5 days work
