We are a MOM accredited safety training center training workers (worker/supervisor/managers) across different industries on safety legislations in Singapore. We also conduct courses such as the certificate of employment intermediaries (CEI) for employment agencies across Singapore under the MOM framework. We are looking for suitable candidates with vision and drive to fit the post of:
Accounts Assistant
West - Bukit Batok Responsibilities:

Maintaining partial sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Stock Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly/yearly accounts as well as timely billings and collections.

Submission of Quarterly GST and other taxes.
-
Process payment vouchers and control of payments.
-
Preparation of audit schedules, bank reconciliation, cash flow forecast and fixed assets register.
-
Communicating with external auditors, in-house legal counsel, bank officers and statutory regulators.

Any other ad-hoc accounts or finance matters as assigned by the management.
Requirements:

At Least CAT diploma & above.

Fresh graduates are welcomed.
-
Experience in AR managementis preferred.
-
Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
-
Proficient in various MS office applications and good knowledge of Microsoft Navision will be an added advantage.

Able to commence work immediately or in short notice is highly preferred.
