WE are looking for highly motivated individuals to join as:
Assistant Manager (Customer Service)
Lead, direct and manage all activities of the Customer Service team which is the Customer Service fronts fro the department to our intermediaries and customers, rendering prompt and accurate assistance delivered in a professional fashion and in compliance to the service standards set to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the marketing of products and services to existing channels of distribution, and to proactively source for new channels to support premium growth.
Perform Underwriting and acceptance risk in accordance to the company's risk appetite, including leading in Product Development to meet the customers' needs for products/classes as assigned.
At least 3 years of experience in leading a team in a similar position in an insurance call center environment.
Familiar with Personal Insurance products and possess the relevant insurance qualifications, including Certificate in Medical Insurance.
