Admin Assistant
SGD 1500 - 1800
East - UBI

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the department.
  • Handling and screening of incoming calls
  • Performs daily dispatch internally and externally
  • Monitors usage and stock of stationery items
  • Issuance of POs
  • Updates records and maintains proper filing system
  • Any other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent and above
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel
  • Pleasant personality, initiative and good team player
