HSL Constructor Pte Ltd was established in 1994 to provide professional construction services to Clients in the fields of Marine, Civil & Structural Engineering and Waterproofing. Our company tenders for both public and private construction and maintenance projects. Our works involve the construction of oil and gas-related facilities for petrochemical plants, oil storage tanks, marine and pharmaceutical infrastructure. In addition to this, we provide maintenance and upgrading services for infrastructure such as roads, piping and drainage.
The wide variety of projects we have planned and executed so far have equipped our project teams with in-depth knowledge of the stringent requirements in the Oil and Gas industry. We have integrated this local know-how with world class Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems. We are expanding and need dynamic individuals to join our team as:
Provide general administrative assistance such as filing, typing, data entry and copying to the Project Support and Field Services department.
To assist the Department Managers to manage department budget, petty cash claims and raise purchase requisition for approval.
To keep track of workers and staff daily attendance.
To provide other general administration duties as and when assigned by the Managers.
Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or certificate in office administration.
At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in the similar field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as a team.
