QXY Resources was founded in 2004 as a small building refurbishment contractor. Today, QXY has grown steadily to be an established company with a solid track record offering construction services in Addition & Alteration, Repair & Redecoration, Interior Fit-out, and Design & Build.
QXY is registered under the Building Construction Authority (BCA) as a A2-graded contractor for general building. Over the last 10 years, QXY has successfully undertaken more than 100 public and private sector projects, involving close to 170 buildings across a variety of sectors ranging from industrial, residential, commercial to educational institutions.
Our company’s progress as a leading Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) was recognised with the Enterprise 50 Award 2016 to 2019 and the Singapore SME 1000 Company award for 8 consecutive years between 2011 to 2018. As a testimony of our commitment to quality and our strong sense of responsibility, QXY has been awarded the ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and bizSAFE certifications.
