Casual and open working environment with friendly and diverse colleagues.

The good things
An open working environment where managers and their employees are within eye and ear-shot, allowing for ample communication and ease of discussion. General relaxed attitude which you would expect from a video game company.
The challenges
More transparency and communication with their workers in regards to what CAN be communicated about the projects being developed when outside working hours. There is also a feeling of lack of organisation in regards to many ad-hoc projects appearing, and sometimes projects being left to even an entry-level employee's discretion.
