PAUL, bakers at heart
PAUL has become a part of France’s culinary, but also cultural, heritage. Many of our French city-center shops have preserved the shopfronts of the past and, in their way, recall a certain idea of traditional baking. We kept this same idea when we imagined your bakery restaurant: we used the finest materials to decorate the shop, with antiques and decorative element that were hunted all over France, and this has given it the special, welcoming atmosphere we find here today.
In our restaurant, your savoury journey to France will offer you a wide range of mouth-watering viennoiseries and patisseries, plus “French-style” meals and snacks, including quiches, croque-monsieur, mixed salads and tasty dishes.
