Regret for staying too long. Don't expect fast career progression or stable/good increment. Good as stepping stone for those looking for more experience and expand portfolio. Best place for retirement if you in the managerial level.

The good things
Benefits and perks. Good place to enhance own development and experiences. I'm considering myself lucky to get a good team to guide and help me to where i am now. Wish u all the best and thanks for the support through all this years.
The challenges
Slow career advancement, worst increment encounter (single digit) in my life. Stuck in the middle of two different managers and their way to achieve things as i need serve both and fulfill my obligations to the company, customers and partners.

Perpetual suffering.. the abyss

The good things
Salary and benefits are alright. Nice office and welfare.
The challenges
Be prepared for Flying papers. If they don’t agree with your work, they will tear the paper and it’ll be strewn all over (or in your face). Unreasonably demanding management with little to no work etiquette.

Overworked 20hours everyday

The good things
Get to know about properties
The challenges
- COO expects immediate reply to his sms irregardless if you are on leave or overseas or 12am. Whatever he wants to be done, it has to be done immediately without any excuses.

Phone screening interview and face-to-face interview

The good things
Recruiter would explain clearly over the phone and tell candidate the ins and outs of the job responsibilities.
The challenges
Frankly speaking which jobs are not challenging these days ? New beginner are not given a chance to demonstrate themselves and no proper guidance at all.

Poor corporate governance

The good things
Staff benefits on par with big MNC.
The challenges
Conformance aspect is big issue. Employee with high code of ethics will constantly face ethical and professional dilemma. Reason due to poor recruitment and hiring process. Many critical issues are blocked from owners' knowledge by middle management.

You can trust this company.

The good things
They take care of you and your family.
The challenges
FEO makes moves, which is why the company is so successful. Don't expect to drink coffee and wait for a cheque. They make you earn it. It's fair deal.
