- Coordinate with signatories, tax auditors, and purchasers.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports.
- Ensuring timely payments and complete transactions with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Reconciling tax and other financial statements.
How to become an Accounts Administrator
To work as an Accounts Administrator, a bachelor degree in accounting and previous accounting experience are required. An Accounts Administrator is a junior role, and organisations typically hire job seekers who are already qualified under the Institute of Singapore for Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
Graduate with a bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or another related field.
Complete an internship at the accounting department of a recognised company.
Complete the Singapore Chartered Accountant (CA) foundation qualification programme.
Get a job in an ISCA Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) and get assigned to your approved mentor.
Complete the six modules of the ISCA professional programme while gaining work experience.
Register as a Chartered Accountant (CA) upon completing the modules and three years of practical work experience.
